Fue inaugurado el 4 de Octubre de 1969 con motivo de la conmemoración del cuadragésimo aniversario de la llegada de inmigrantes japoneses a esta ciudad y
en agradecimiento a la hospitalidad brindada por el pueblo de Escobar.

It was inaugurated on October 4, 1969 to commemorate the fortieth anniversary of the arrival of Japanese immigrants to this city and in gratitude for the hospitality extended by the people of Escobar.
La comisión que oportunamente se formó para la construcción de este Jardín fue presidida por el Sr. Kuniharu Sataka y debido a la gentileza del Sr. Hisak de ceder su técnico especializado en parques y jardines, el Ingeniero Inomata, pudo concretar el proyecto.
The commission was formed for the timely construction of this garden was chaired by Mr.Kuniharu Satake and due to the kindness of Mr. Hisako to transfer their technical expertise inparks and gardens, the Engineer Inomata, could realize the project.

El Jardín es de tipo clásico llamado “Tsukiyama Sansui” (montaña-agua),
